When theirs to much going into your head,people slowly start getting headaches. Letting your mind wonder helps you relax your mind. Relaxing your mind is really good for people.

According to Fiona Kerr "Daydreaming (as with reflection) allows the mind to wander,". Letting your mind daydream it helps people understand things in a better way. Daydreaming helps people salve many of there problems.

Then the writer enplanes that "At their core, a healthy amount of daydreaming and reflection enable memory consolidation, and they allow non-linear connections to form, which both help our ability to break down and target issues and look at them through a new lens". Daydreaming helps people to think outside of the box. Seeing issues  in a different way helps people see things in a different way helps them be more creative and less stressed out.

Daydreaming can help people solve most of there problems. Setting aside time to think is something people must learn to do. When everyone takes more time to think, they can be more creative an solve problems better. Maybe the void many people have in their lives will disappear.
